01 "An Act approving the sale of Prudhoe Bay Unit royalty oil by the State of                                              
02 Alaska to Tesoro Alaska Petroleum Company; and providing for an effective                                               
03 date."                                                                                                                  
04 BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF ALASKA:                                                                
05    * Section 1.  The "Agreement for the Sale and Purchase of State Royalty Oil" between the                             
06 State of Alaska and Tesoro Alaska Petroleum Company, dated April 21, 1995, is approved and                              
07 ratified.                                                                                                               
08    * Sec. 2.  This Act takes effect immediately under AS 01.10.070(c).
