01 "An Act relating to the export of live dungeness crab."                                                                 
02 BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF ALASKA:                                                                
03    * Section 1.  AS 16.10.240 is amended to read:                                                                       
04  Sec. 16.10.240.  TRANSPORTATION OF KING [, DUNGENESS] OR                                                              
05 TANNER CRAB.  A person may not take out of, ship, transport, or send from this                                          
06 state any live King crab, species Paralithodes camtschatica, [LIVE DUNGENESS                                            
07 CRAB, SPECIES CANCER MAGISTER,] or live Tanner crab, species Chionoecetes                                               
08 bairdi, except that either [ALL] of these species may be shipped live via air freight                                 
09 after pre-packaging.
