01 Suspending Uniform Rules 24(c), 35, 41(b), and 42(e) of the Alaska State                                                
02 Legislature concerning Senate Bill No. 126, making special appropriations for                                           
03 energy programs, projects, and funds.                                                                                   
04 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF ALASKA:                                                               
05  That under Rule 54 of the Uniform Rules of the Alaska State Legislature, the                                           
06 provisions of Rules 24(c), 35, 41(b), and 42(e) of the Uniform Rules, regarding changes to the                          
07 title of a bill, are suspended in consideration of Senate Bill No. 126, to permit the title to be                       
08 amended to read:  "An Act making special appropriations for power transmission                                          
09 interties, for energy grant and loan programs including the power cost equalization                                     
10 program, to energy-related funds, and for the operating costs of implementing energy                                    
11 programs and projects."
