01 "An Act extending the termination date of the Board of Marine Pilots; and                                               
02 delaying the repeal of a statute relating to tariffs for pilotage services."                                            
03 BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF ALASKA:                                                                
04    * Section 1.  AS 08.03.010(c)(13) is amended to read:                                                                
05   (13)  Board of Marine Pilots (AS 08.62.010) -- June 30, 1998 [1994];                                               
06    * Sec. 2.  Section 35, ch. 89, SLA 1991, is amended to read:                                                         
07  Sec. 35.  AS 08.62.045 is repealed June 30, 1998 [1994].
