03 BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF ALASKA:                                                                
04    * Section 1.  AS 44.66.010(a)(15) is amended to read:                                                                
05   (15)  Alaska Tourism Marketing Council (AS 44.33.700) --                                                             
06 December 30, 1998 [1994];                                                                                             
07    * Sec. 2.  This Act takes effect immediately under AS 01.10.070(c).
