00SENATE BILL NO. 287 01 "An Act making a supplemental appropriation to the Department of Law to pay 02 costs of certain continuing legal proceedings; and providing for an effective date." 03 BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF ALASKA: 04 * Section 1. The sum of $15,950,000 is appropriated to the Department of Law to pay 05 continuing costs for legal proceedings involving oil and gas revenue due or paid to the state 06 or state title to oil and gas land, and proceedings before state and federal regulatory agencies 07 involving the transportation of oil and gas, for the fiscal year ending June 30, 1994, from the 08 following sources: 09 General fund $11, 962,500 10 Permanent Fund Corporation receipts 3,987,500 11 * Sec. 2. This Act takes effect immediately under AS 01.10.070(c).
