01 "An Act naming the James A. Johnson Airport."                                                                           
02 BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF ALASKA:                                                                
03    * Section 1.  AS 35.40 is amended by adding a new section to read:                                                   
04  Sec. 35.40.090.  JAMES A. JOHNSON AIRPORT.  The state airport at                                                      
05 Petersburg is named the James A. Johnson Airport.
