01 "An Act making a special appropriation to the principal of the Alaska permanent                                         
02 fund; and providing for an effective date."                                                                             
03 BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF ALASKA:                                                                
04    * Section 1.  The sum of $600,000,000 is appropriated from the earnings reserve account                              
05 (AS 37.13.145) to the principal of the Alaska permanent fund.                                                           
06    * Sec. 2.  This Act takes effect July 1, 1993.
