00SENATE CS FOR CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 454(RLS) 01 "An Act making a supplemental appropriation to the Department of Law to pay 02 costs of certain continuing legal proceedings; and providing for an effective date." 03 BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF ALASKA: 04 * Section 1. The sum of $18,450,000 is appropriated to the Department of Law to pay 05 continuing costs for legal proceedings involving oil and gas revenue due or paid to the state 06 or state title to oil and gas land, and proceedings before state and federal regulatory agencies 07 involving the transportation of oil and gas, for the fiscal year ending June 30, 1994, from the 08 following sources: 09 Budget reserve fund established by 10 art. IX, sec. 17, Constitution of 11 the State of Alaska $13,837,500 12 Permanent Fund Corporation receipts 4,612,500 13 * Sec. 2. The appropriation from the budget reserve fund (art. IX, sec. 17, Constitution of 14 the State of Alaska) contained in sec. 1 of this Act, is made under art. IX, sec. 17(c),
