00                   HOUSE CONCURRENT RESOLUTION NO. 201                                                                   
01 Suspending Rules 47 and 55, Uniform Rules of the Alaska State Legislature, relating to                                  
02 the carry-over of bills from the First Regular Session and the First Special Session to the                             
03 Second Special Session, concerning House Bill No. 69.                                                                   
04 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF ALASKA:                                                               
05 That under Rule 54, Uniform Rules of the Alaska State Legislature, the provisions of                                    
06 Rule 47 of the Uniform Rules regarding the carry-over of bills and the provisions of Rule 55                            
07 of the Uniform Rules regarding the use of Mason's Manual of Legislative Procedure to cover                              
08 situations not directly addressed by the Uniform Rules are suspended in consideration of                                
09 House Bill No. 69 – An Act making appropriations for the operating and loan program                                     
10 expenses of state government and for certain programs; capitalizing funds; amending                                     
11 appropriations; making capital appropriations, supplemental appropriations, and                                         
12 reappropriations.
