01 Suspending Rules 24(c), 35, 41(b), and 42(e), Uniform Rules of the Alaska State Legislature,                            
02 concerning Senate Bill No. 65, relating to immunity for consulting physicians, podiatrists,                             
03 osteopaths, advanced practice registered nurses, physician assistants, chiropractors, dentists,                         
04 optometrists, and pharmacists.

06 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF ALASKA:                                                             
07      That under Rule 54, Uniform Rules of the Alaska State Legislature, the provisions of                               
08 Rules 24(c), 35, 41(b), and 42(e), Uniform Rules of the Alaska State Legislature, regarding                             
09 changes to the title of a bill, are suspended in consideration of Senate Bill No. 65, relating to                       
10 immunity for consulting physicians, podiatrists, osteopaths, advanced practice registered                               
11 nurses, physician assistants, chiropractors, dentists, optometrists, and pharmacists.
