01 "An Act designating green cabbage as the official state vegetable."                                                     
02 BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF ALASKA:                                                                
03    * Section 1. AS 44.09 is amended by adding a new section to read:                                                    
04            Sec. 44.09.055. State vegetable. Green cabbage (Brassica oleracea var.                                       
05       capitata) is the official vegetable of the state.
