01 "An Act extending the termination date of the Statewide Suicide Prevention Council;                                     
02 and providing for an effective date."                                                                                   
03 BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF ALASKA:                                                                
04    * Section 1. AS 44.66.010(a)(7) is amended to read:                                                                
05                 (7)  Statewide Suicide Prevention Council (AS 44.29.300) - June 30,                                     
06       2027 [2019];                                                                                                  
07    * Sec. 2. This Act takes effect immediately under AS 01.10.070(c).
