02 of bills from the First Regular Session and the First Special Session to the Second Special                             
03 Session, concerning House Bill No. 57.

05 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF ALASKA:                                                             
06      That under Rule 54, Uniform Rules of the Alaska State Legislature, the provisions of                               
07 Rule 47 of the Uniform Rules regarding the carry-over of bills are suspended in consideration                           
08 of House Bill No. 57 – An Act making appropriations for the operating and loan program                                  
09 expenses of state government and for certain programs; capitalizing funds; repealing                                    
10 appropriations; making supplemental appropriations and reappropriations; and making                                     
11 appropriations under art. IX, sec. 17(c), Constitution of the State of Alaska, from the                                 
12 constitutional budget reserve fund.
