00                   SENATE CONCURRENT RESOLUTION NO. 27                                                                   
01 Suspending Rules 24(c), 35, 41(b), and 42(e), Uniform Rules of the Alaska State                                         
02 Legislature, concerning House Bill No. 299, relating to the authority of the director of                                
03 the Alcoholic Beverage Control Board; extending the termination date of the Alcoholic                                   
04 Beverage Control Board; and relating to the application of precedent to decisions of the                                
05 Alcoholic Beverage Control Board.                                                                                       
06 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF ALASKA:                                                               
07 That under Rule 54, Uniform Rules of the Alaska State Legislature, the provisions of                                    
08 Rules 24(c), 35, 41(b), and 42(e), Uniform Rules of the Alaska State Legislature, regarding                             
09 changes to the title of a bill, are suspended in consideration of House Bill No. 299, relating to                       
10 the authority of the director of the Alcoholic Beverage Control Board; extending the                                    
11 termination date of the Alcoholic Beverage Control Board; and relating to the application of                            
12 precedent to decisions of the Alcoholic Beverage Control Board.
