00                    HOUSE CONCURRENT RESOLUTION NO. 31                                                                   
01 Suspending Rules 24(c), 35, 41(b), and 42(e), Uniform Rules of the Alaska State                                         
02 Legislature, concerning Senate Bill No. 37, relating to the Board of Pharmacy; relating                                 
03 to the licensing of certain entities and inspection of certain facilities located outside the                           
04 state; relating to drug supply chain security; and creating a position of executive                                     
05 administrator for the Board of Pharmacy.                                                                                
06 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF ALASKA:                                                               
07 That under Rule 54, Uniform Rules of the Alaska State Legislature, the provisions of                                    
08 Rules 24(c), 35, 41(b), and 42(e), Uniform Rules of the Alaska State Legislature, regarding                             
09 changes to the title of a bill, are suspended in consideration of Senate Bill No. 37, relating to                       
10 the Board of Pharmacy; relating to the licensing of certain entities and inspection of certain                          
11 facilities located outside the state; relating to drug supply chain security; and creating a                            
12 position of executive administrator for the Board of Pharmacy.
