01 "An Act naming the Daniel R. Fauske Building."                                                                          
02 BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF ALASKA:                                                                
03    * Section 1. AS 35.40 is amended by adding a new section to read:                                                  
04            Sec. 35.40.380. Daniel R. Fauske Building. The Alaska Housing Finance                                      
05       Corporation building at 4300 Boniface Parkway in Anchorage is named the Daniel R.                                 
06       Fauske Building.
