01 "An Act relating to the use of vending machines or electronic kiosks to conduct raffles                                 
02 and lotteries; and providing for an effective date."                                                                    
03 BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF ALASKA:                                                                
04    * Section 1. AS 05.15.180 is amended by adding a new subsection to read:                                           
05            (i)  Notwithstanding (a) of this section, a permittee may sell raffle and lottery                            
06       tickets through the use of a vending machine or electronic kiosk.                                                 
07    * Sec. 2. This Act takes effect immediately under AS 01.10.070(c).
