00                   HOUSE CONCURRENT RESOLUTION NO. 201                                                                   
01 Suspending Rule 47, Uniform Rules of the Alaska State Legislature, relating to the                                      
02 carry-over of bills from the First Regular Session to the Second Special Session,                                       
03 concerning House Bill No. 176.                                                                                          
04 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF ALASKA:                                                               
05       That under Rule 54, Uniform Rules of the Alaska State Legislature, the provisions of                              
06 Rule 47 of the Uniform Rules regarding the carry-over of bills are suspended in consideration                           
07 of House Bill No. 176--An Act repealing state employee salary schedule increases; and                                   
08 providing for an effective date--previously passed by both the House of Representatives and                             
09 Senate during the First Regular Session of the Twenty-Ninth Alaska State Legislature.
