01 "An Act extending the termination date of the Citizens' Advisory Commission on                                          
02 Federal Management Areas in Alaska; and providing for an effective date."                                               
03 BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF ALASKA:                                                                
04    * Section 1. Section 2, ch. 40, SLA 2007, is amended to read:                                                      
05            Sec. 2. AS 41.37.160, 41.37.170, 41.37.180, 41.37.190, 41.37.200, 41.37.210,                                 
06       41.37.220, 41.37.230, 41.37.240, 41.37.250, and 41.37.260 are repealed June 30, 2021                          
07       [2014].                                                                                                           
08    * Sec. 2. The uncodified law of the State of Alaska is amended by adding a new section to                          
09 read:                                                                                                                   
10       RETROACTIVITY. If sec. 1 of this Act takes effect on or after June 30, 2014, it is                                
11 retroactive to June 30, 2014.                                                                                           
12    * Sec. 3. This Act takes effect immediately under AS 01.10.070(c).
