05    * Section 1. Section 2, ch. 102, SLA 2008, is repealed.                                                            
06    * Sec. 2. The uncodified law of the State of Alaska is amended by adding a new section to                          
07 read:                                                                                                                   
08       RETROACTIVITY. If this Act takes effect on or after June 30, 2011, this Act is                                    
09 retroactive to June 29, 2011.                                                                                           
10    * Sec. 3. Section 3, ch. 102, SLA 2008, is repealed.                                                               
11    * Sec. 4. This Act takes effect immediately under AS 01.10.070(c).
