00                   SENATE CONCURRENT RESOLUTION NO. 19                                                                   
01 Suspending Rules 24(c), 35, 41(b), and 42(e), Uniform Rules of the Alaska State                                         
02 Legislature, concerning House Bill No. 161, relating to reemployment of and benefits for                                
03 or on behalf of retired teachers and public employees and to employees who participated                                 
04 in retirement incentive programs and are subsequently reemployed as a commissioner;                                     
05 and repealing secs. 5, 7, and 9, ch. 58, SLA 2001.                                                                      
06 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF ALASKA:                                                               
07       That under Rule 54, Uniform Rules of the Alaska State Legislature, the provisions of                              
08 Rules 24(c), 35, 41(b), and 42(e), Uniform Rules of the Alaska State Legislature, regarding                             
09 changes to the title of a bill, are suspended in consideration of House Bill No. 161, relating to                       
10 reemployment of and benefits for or on behalf of retired teachers and public employees and to                           
11 employees who participated in retirement incentive programs and are subsequently                                        
12 reemployed as a commissioner; and repealing secs. 5, 7, and 9, ch. 58, SLA 2001.
