01 "An Act relating to the compensation for board members of the Alaska Housing                                            
02 Finance Corporation; and providing for an effective date."                                                              
03 BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF ALASKA:                                                                
04    * Section 1.  AS 18.56.030(e) is amended to read:                                                                  
05            (e)  The members of the board described in (a)(4) of this section receive $400                           
06       [$100] compensation for each day or portion of a day spent on official business of                            
07       the corporation and may be reimbursed by the corporation for actual and necessary                                 
08       expenses at the same rate paid to members of state boards under AS 39.20.180.                                     
09    * Sec. 2.  This Act takes effect immediately under AS 01.10.070(c).
