01 "An Act making an appropriation for the state revenue sharing program and the safe                                      
02 communities program at fiscal year 1998 levels, as adjusted for inflation, to provide for                               
03 public safety and other municipal services; and providing for an effective date."                                       
04 BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF ALASKA:                                                                
05    * Section 1.  MUNICIPAL REVENUE SHARING.  The sum of $58,918,860 is                                                
06 appropriated from the general fund to the Department of Commerce, Community, and                                        
07 Economic Development for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2006, to be allocated for the                                  
08 purposes stated in the amounts set out:
