02 Legislature, concerning Senate Bill No. 283, relating to appropriations from the constitutional

05 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF ALASKA:                                                             
06      That in consideration of Senate Bill 283, relating to appropriations from the                                      
07 constitutional budget reserve fund, the provisions of Rules 24(c), 35, 41(b), and 42(e),                                
08 Uniform Rules of the Alaska State Legislature, regarding changes to the title of a bill, and the                        
09 provisions of Rule 42(c), Uniform Rules of the Alaska State Legislature, regarding the                                  
10 inclusion of a new appropriation item and an increase of an appropriation item above the                                
11 higher amount adopted by either house for that item in a report on an appropriation bill by a                           
12 Free Conference Committee, are suspended under Rule 54, Uniform Rules of the Alaska State                               
13 Legislature.
