01 "An Act relating to operation of alcoholic beverage delivery sites; and providing for an                                
02 effective date."                                                                                                        
03 BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF ALASKA:                                                                
04    * Section 1.  The uncodified law of the State of Alaska enacted in sec. 15, ch. 63, SLA                            
05 2001, is amended to read:                                                                                               
06            Sec. 15.  AS 04.11.494, enacted by sec. 5 of this Act, is repealed July 1, 2008                          
07       [2004].                                                                                                           
08    * Sec. 2.  This Act takes effect June 30, 2004.
