01 "An Act relating to designating flunitrazepam as a schedule IA controlled                                               
02 substance; and providing for an effective date."                                                                        
03 BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF ALASKA:                                                                
04    * Section 1.  AS 11.71.140 is amended by adding a new subsection to read:                                            
05  (e)  Schedule IA includes, unless specifically excepted or unless listed in                                           
06 another schedule, any material, compound, mixture, or preparation which contains any                                    
07 quantity of the following substance, including its salts, isomers, and salts of isomers                                 
08 whenever the existence of these salts, isomers, and salts of isomers is possible within                                 
09 the specific chemical designation:  flunitrazepam.                                                                      
10    * Sec. 2.  This Act takes effect immediately under AS 01.10.070(c).
