01 "An Act naming Mountain View Road in Gustavus."                                                                         
02 BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF ALASKA:                                                                
03    * Section 1.  AS 35.40 is amended by adding a new section to read:                                                   
04  Sec. 35.40.095.  MOUNTAIN VIEW ROAD.  State Route 296308 in Gustavus                                                  
05 between the junction with the Goodriver Road and the boundary of the Glacier Bay                                        
06 National Park is named Mountain View Road.
