01 "An Act relating to the Board of Chiropractic Examiners; and providing for an                                           
02 effective date."                                                                                                        
03 BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF ALASKA:                                                                
04    * Section 1.  AS 08.03.010(c)(8) is amended to read:                                                                 
05   (8)  Board of Chiropractic Examiners (AS 08.20.010) -- June 30, 2002                                               
06 [1996];                                                                                                                 
07    * Sec. 2.  AS 08.20.120(b) and 08.20.140 are repealed.                                                               
08    * Sec. 3.  This Act takes effect immediately under AS 01.10.070(c).
